Lost items brought to the Reference Department are recorded and transferred every evening to the university's Security and Emergency Department, responsible for all lost and found items on campus.

The Security and Emergency Department is located outside the university near the entrance to the bus tunnel.

Found items should be deposited at the Circulation Desk and afterwards with Emergency and Security Division which has overall responsibility for lost items on the Edmond J. Safra campus in Givat Ram.

The Emergency and Security Division is located next to the bus platform at the entrance to the campus.

The owner should turn to the Emergency and Security Division with a description of the lost item.

Lost items found in the library will be returned to the Circulation Desk and then forwarded to the Security Office of the Ein Kerem campus (at the entrance to the Faculty of Medicine building).

Items found in the library are held at the lending counter for about a week and then transferred to the security post at the Herzl Gate (main gate).

Found items left at the Circulation Desk will be transferred to the Security & Emergency Division of the Edmond J. Safra campus, Givat Ram. 

The owner of a lost item should contact the Security & Emergency Division and describe the lost item.
